2.2 - Dashboard

2.2.1 - Overview

The Dashboard appears after a successful login to the Enterprise Portal. You can return to the Dashboard at any time by clicking the Dashboard icon in the Main

Menu Bar.

The uppermost panel of the dashboard displays four key data points:

  • Data Usage: Displays the total data consumed (in MB) by an organization for the current month.
  • Assigned SIM Cards: Displays the total number of SIM Cards assigned to the current context.
  • SIM Cards by Status: Displays the distribution of all assigned SIM Cards by SIM Status.
  • Alarm Count: Displays the number of system alarms that have been triggered.

Each Dashboard section displays Panels, which can be customised to monitor and analyse critical data for the current Billing Cycle. Each Panel has a heading bar that shows the Panel's name, an Expand button, and a Panel Control button.

 

2.2.2 - Customise Panel Display

Each Enterprise Portal User can choose their preferred set of available Panels to be displayed on the Dashboard. This customization will remain in effect until a new change is made.

Note:
Previously hidden Panels can be readded to the Dashboard through the Edit Dashboard option.

To select the set of visible Panels:

  1. Click the Edit Dashboard icon.
  2. Click to tick the box next to each desired Panel.
  3. Click Save to apply your selection.

 

Expand / Shrink Panel:

  1. Click the Expand button to display the Panel in full-screen mode.
  2. Click the Shrink button to revert the Panel to its original size.

 

Panel Control:

Users can edit and change the way data is displayed in the Panel.

Clicking the Panel Control button shows the available options for its respective Panel.

Users may also remove an individual Panel by clicking the Close option.

 

2.2.3 - Dashboards

Standard:

There are three panels available in the Standard dashboard:

  • Account Reports provides quick access to the reports available in the Reports module.
    • Note that the Account Reports panel is only available at the Root and Account levels, not at the Customer level.
  • Notes provides space to create custom notes.
  • Batch Tasks displays a record of Objects updated by .csv import.

 

SIM Logistics:

Note:
The SIM Logistics dashboard is only available in Account context.

There are five panels available in the SIM Logistics dashboard:

  • SIM Activation Overview
  • SIM Activation Growth
  • SIM Billing Status Trend
  • SIM Suspend and Retirement Trend
  • SIM Grace Period Trend

 

Usage:

There are several panels available in the Usage dashboard. E.g.:

  • Top Users lists the Groups consuming the largest volume of the following Service Types: Data/SMS MO/SMS MT/Voice MO/Voice MT in the current Billing Cycle/month.
  • Data Usage in Countries is a graphic display of the total Data Usage separated by Country in the current Billing Cycle/month.
  • SMS MO Usage in Countries is a graphic display of the total SMS MO Usage separated by Country in the current Billing Cycle/month.
  • Voice MO Usage in Countries is a graphic display of the total Voice MO Usage separated by Country in the current Billing Cycle/month.
  • Top Usage lists the SIM Cards consuming the largest volume of the following Service Types: Data/SMS MO/SMS MT/Voice MO/Voice MT in the current Billing Cycle/month.

Note:
The Top Users, Data Usage in Countries, SMS MO Usage in Countries, Voice MO Usage in Countries, and Top Usage panels on the Root level display usage in the current month (e.g. 2025-01), whilst the Account or Customer level panels display usage in the current Billing Cycle (e.g. 2024-12-01 - 2024-12-31).
