We experience ongoing instability for customers from 2pm in Norway, caused by incident in one of our partner´s network,
affecting some  of our customers in Norway.

Investigating root cause and will updated with status  by 4 pm today.

Planned Work

2021-09-15 – SMS Gateway Planned Work

To increase the availability of our services we need to relocate a network service from one site to another. The relocation will cause several shorter interruptions to certain specific services (see list below) during the maintenance window.

Maintenance window interval:

  • Start time: 2021-09-15 22:00 CET
  • End time: 2021-09-15 04:00 CET

Affected services:

  • SMPP SMS IP Gateway Service (SMS delivery via SMS gateway)

2021-09-24 – Portal Upgrade

Com4  Customer Portal is undergoing an upgrade September 24th 4pm until September 26nd midnight.
The upgrade will provide performance enhancements and lay foundations for new functions.
We regret to inform you that in this period both the GUI and API will be unavailable, and we do apologize for this inconvenience.
The upgrade does not affect other Com4 services and it shall not impact the connectivity of your devices.
