3.8 - Change Price Plan / Product

3.8.1 - Price Plans
Depending on the contract with the operators, Users can change the SIM Card Price Plan. Changing Price Plans is possible in every Billing Status and the Price Plan change will be in effected at the end of the current bill cycle.
An immediate Price Plan Change can only be performed if the SIM is in a status of 'Customer Inventory' or 'In Testing'. Once the SIM transfers to 'In Billing' (i.e. In use) the Price Plan Change will only be effected at the end of the current billing cycle.
3.8.2 - Changing Price Plan
To change a Price Plan:
- Select one or multiple SIM Cards from the SIM Grid.
- Click on the Change Price Plan
icon in the Object Functions Menu.
- Choose a Price Plan Type. If no Price Plan Type is selected, all available Price Plans will be shown in the New Price Plan dropdown list.
- Choose the New Price Plan from the available options in the dropdown list.
If a Price Plan Type is selected from the Price Plan Type dropdown list, the list of available new Price Plans will be filtered to show only the Price Plans of the selected type.

5. Choose the Execution Type.
Execution Type Temporary is only visible if available for the selected Price Plan.
- Click Change to apply your selection.
The confirmation dialog for changing the Price Plan will confirm the Price Plan Change and whether the change will be executed immediately or at the end of the Billing Cycle.
