3.7.1 - Roaming Profile
Enterprise Account Users may change the assigned Roaming Profiles for one or multiple SIM Cards. Available Roaming Profiles are assigned by the Service Provider, or by the Enterprise User under the Roaming module.
Changing the assigned Roaming Profile is only possible for SIM Cards that have either a Network Group Price Plan or a Zone Price Plan with Shared Roaming Profile assigned. In case the SIM Card is on a Zone Price Plan with a Dedicated Roaming Profile, the direct change is not allowed and the User will be presented with an error message. For such SIM Cards, the Roaming Profile is automatically changed when the SIM Card's Price Plan is changed.
3.7.2 - To change the Roaming Profile
- Click the Change Roaming Profiles
icon in the Object Functions Menu. - Select a Roaming Profile from the available options in the dropdown list.
- Click Change to apply your selection.
