1.1 - Login to our Connectivity Management Platform (CMP)

1.1.1 - User Credentials

User credentials are provided by the Account Administrator. In case of issues regarding login, please contact your Account Administrator.

 

1.1.2 - To log in to the CMP Enterprise Portal

  1. Enter the CMP Enterprise Portal URL into the address bar of your browser.
    (https://ep-cmp.com4.no/)
  2. Specify your Username and Password.
  3. Click the Login button.
  4. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is activated on your account, enter the code you have received through e-mail or SMS.

On first login, the User is required to read and accept the Usage Policy.

 

1.1.3 - Supported Browsers

Check that your web browser and version are concurrent with the list of supported versions:

  • Mozilla Firefox (v.48 and later)
  • Mozilla Firefox ESR (v.45 and later)
  • Internet Explorer 11
  • Edge (all versions)
  • Safari 9+
  • Google Chrome (v.52 and later)
