4.1.1 - Overview
The report modules provides tools to generate and review various reports concerning SIM and account activity. This section offers insights into usage patterns and operational details, and is divided into Reports and Usage query.
4.1.2.1 - Reports
Reports are for accessing structured, pre-defined, and typically recurring reports that provide precise details on various aspects of SIM and account activity, and these are saved and available for download over time. The availability and execution frequency of these reports are based on best practices and are determined by Com4. Users can download these reports to gain insights into important factors related to their account.

It's possible to configure and distribute reports via email by editing Notifications:

Fill inn email address(es) separated by semicolon. By default the Attach Report Content is disabled (link-only mode) and a link to the report will be sent to the email address(es). By selecting the Attach Report Content, the generated report file will be attached to the outgoing email:

Mandatory disclaimer acknowledgment must be accepted:

Note that reports cover a full 24-hour cycle. If you add your email address today, you will receive your first report the day after tomorrow. You will receive an email from [email protected].
4.1.2.2 - Usage query
Usage queries allow users to instantly create reports on data for all available SIM cards within their organizational hierarchy level. Users can define the time range and grouping of results using the tool and filter by criterias. Reports can be downloaded immediately in CSV or XLS format, but are not saved for future access in the portal.
