Oslo, 25 June 2026. Norwegian IoT connectivity specialist Com4 is joining Team Norway at ReBuild Ukraine 2026, the international exhibition and conference taking place in Warsaw, Poland on 11 to 13 November 2026 at Expo XXI. Com4 will participate alongside a strong delegation of Norwegian organisations committed to supporting Ukraine's recovery, including Business Norway, Innovation Norway, the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Warsaw, the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Kyiv, and the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.

The move signals more than a business opportunity. For Com4, participation in ReBuild Ukraine is a statement about the kind of Europe it wants to help build, one grounded in technological independence, resilient infrastructure, and the conviction that connectivity is a cornerstone of sovereignty.

IoT Connectivity as a strategic asset

Rebuilding a nation's infrastructure requires more than materials and funding. It requires smart, reliable connectivity. From energy grids and smart cities to industrial operations and emergency services, IoT connectivity is the invisible backbone that makes modern infrastructure work. As Ukraine rebuilds its cities, energy grids, hospitals, and transport networks, the role of secure and reliable IoT connectivity has never been more critical.

Com4 brings exactly that. Operating as a full MVNO with its own redundant mobile core network, and active across 190 countries and 750 networks, Com4 provides IoT connectivity across 4G, 5G, LTE-M, NB-IoT, and LEO satellite. It is a hybrid connectivity model purpose-built for environments where resilience is non-negotiable, and exactly the kind of infrastructure that a rebuilt Ukraine will need from day one.

Rooted in the European IoT ecosystem

Com4 was recently granted full membership of AIOTI, the Alliance for AI, IoT and Edge Continuum Innovation, the leading European organisation bringing together organisations across the Digital Value Chain to support European digitalisation and competitiveness. Through its AIOTI membership, Com4 participates in working groups focused on AI, IoT and Edge Continuum innovation, contributes to technical publications, and engages in EU-funded research and innovation projects. That institutional grounding matters deeply in the context of Ukraine's recovery, where European standards, values, and interoperability frameworks must be the foundation for new digital infrastructure.

A European answer to a European challenge

The rebuilding of Ukraine is not just a humanitarian imperative. It is a defining test of European strategic autonomy. Rebuilding with European technology, on European terms, means Ukraine's future digital infrastructure will not be subject to foreign dependencies or geopolitical leverage.

Com4, proudly certified with the Made in Norway label and part of the Wireless Logic Group, represents the best of what European technology can offer: enterprise-grade reliability, transparent pricing, deep sector expertise, and values rooted in responsibility and long-term partnership.

"Ukraine's rebuild is one of the most defining challenges of our generation," says  Stein Andre Larner, CEO at Com4. "We believe that sovereign, resilient connectivity infrastructure is as fundamental to a strong Europe as roads or power grids. We are proud to stand with our allies and contribute with the technology and expertise that can make a difference."

Built for the most demanding environments

Com4's track record spans critical infrastructure in energy, healthcare, transport, and public safety, sectors that will all be central to Ukraine's reconstruction. Our Polaris connectivity management platform offers real-time monitoring, automated failover, and full lifecycle SIM management, giving operators the visibility and control they need in complex, large-scale deployments.

The company's integration of Starlink LEO satellite connectivity alongside cellular networks makes it uniquely positioned for deployment in areas where ground-based infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed, exactly the conditions Ukraine's rebuilding teams face on the ground today.

Warsaw, November 2026

Com4 will be present at ReBuild Ukraine 2026 to meet Ukrainian decision-makers, European partners, and international organisations working on reconstruction projects in energy, infrastructure, housing, and industry. For more information about the event, visit rebuildukraine.in.ua
